                              RESOLUTION NO. 21504
                
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING DEEP APPRECIATION TO
                 THE FAMILY OF BILL LEVI FOR MR. LEVI'S
                 DEDICATION AND FAITHFUL SERVICE ON THE BOARD OF
                 APPEALS FOR VARIANCES AND SPECIAL PERMITS FROM
                 1991 TO 1997.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the City of Chattanooga hereby
       expresses its deep appreciation to the family of Bill Levi for 
his
       dedication and faithful service on the Board of Appeals for
       Variances and Special Permits from 1991 to 1997.  It is further
       recognized that he gave willingly of his valuable time and
       abilities to make Chattanooga a better place in which to live.  
He
       will be sorely missed as a member of said Board and as an
       outstanding citizen of this City.
